Until 1956, a cowshed, today Alphütte Clavadatsch stands amidst the villas on the Suvretta slope. Outside, where the manure heap once stood, your table with breathtaking views awaits you today. If the weather outside is uncomfortable, the cast-iron stove indoors keeps you comfortably warm. Clavadatsch is a unique experience in any weather. It takes a 40-minute walk from the hotel, or ski right up to the Gerstensuppe, the Mistkratzerli cooked over an open wood fire in the fireplace, and much more to discover.
