Anita Buri

The commercial clerk from Berg (TG) was elected Miss Switzerland in 1999 in Lugano. In the same year, she represented Switzerland at the Miss World pageant in London, and in 2000 at the Miss Universe pageant in Cyprus. Sports are an important part of her life. Since the age of 6, she has been dancing ballet, jazz dance, hip hop / street dance, and Latin. In the German-speaking part of Switzerland, she is active as a fitness ambassador for the organization "Fitness for Kids" and teaches kids how important movement in everyday life is.

Anita Buri works as a model (shoots, runway, & TV spots) and as a TV and event host. Since 2011, she has been hosting the talk show "Top Talk" for Tele Top, a Thurgau native and Wahlaargau. Currently, she is a testimonial and ambassador for the online shop intimates.ch, presents fitness exercises for newmoove.ch, and designs her own bag collection "Blembal".
