War bereits mehrere Male im Baracca Zermatt und hatte jedesmal ein Käsefondue, welches wirklich sehr empfehlenswert ist. Extrem gut war das Käsefondue mit Chili, genannt "Alpenglühn". Auch das Ambiente ist sehr gut, mit all dem Holz und dem Cheminee kommt richtige "Chalet"-Atmosphäre auf. Einiger Nachteil ist Abends, wenn die Hütte wie immer richtig voll ist, steigt die Raumtemperatur auf gefühlte 40 grad Celsius. Über Mittag zum Lunch ist die Temperatur um einiges besser und auch die Stimmung sehr gemütlich und nicht so stressig und laut wie am Abend.
