The mighty, over 100-year-old oak bears the hexagonal treehouse with a panoramic balcony. It can continue to grow, as no connecting parts were mounted in the tree. The treehouse offers tranquility and a breathtaking view over Lake Sempach and the Prealps, thanks to its location in the agricultural zone.

The treehouse is the ideal place for workshops, strategy meetings, seminars, as well as birthdays, baptisms, after-work gatherings, weddings, and other celebrations. It accommodates up to 30 people and features a good seminar and catering setup, as well as sufficient furniture for indoor and outdoor use. A heating system allows year-round use.

In addition to the treehouse, the seminar farm - consisting of tipis and seminar room - and the meadow wagon are also available.
