Communication Seminar

This 1-day communication seminar conveys central communication strategies and techniques for clear, purposeful and respectful exchange. Participants learn how verbal and non-verbal communication is used consciously to convey messages in an understandable and convincing manner. A particular focus is on active listening, the use of targeted questioning techniques and precise formulations to avoid misunderstandings. In addition, the importance of body language, facial expressions and voice for the impact of statements is examined. By reflecting on different perspectives, the ability to conduct conversations in an open and solution-oriented manner is strengthened. Additionally, the PCM personality profile provides insights into individual communication patterns, needs and stress reactions, and shows how your own communication can be deliberately adapted.
