From Golm straight into cosiness: Our former cable car cabins have been converted into charming gastro cabins and create a very special form of experience gastronomy.
Amidst fourteen cabins you enjoy creamy cheese fondue, fine fondue chinoise and a unique winter atmosphere. Gondeldörfli is the ideal meeting point for a cosy evening with friends, a family meal, a Christmas dinner or a special corporate event.
On our village square we serve mulled wine, Möhl's winter apple, Kafi Luz and other winter beverages. For groups, we also organise a suitable aperitif before the meal upon request.

Tucked away in converted Golm cable car cabins, Gondeldörfli Widnau delivers a genuinely unique winter dining experience that keeps guests coming back year after year. Customers rave about the cosy, heated gondolas for up to 6 people, the excellent cheese and meat fondues, and the warm, attentive service. Wir waren zu Viert und hatten eine Gondel für uns. Vorgeheizt erwartete uns eine gemütliche Gondel. Via 'Klingel' konnten wir jederzeit den Service 'herbeirufen'. Phantastische Käse-Fondues (wir haben mehrere ausprobiert) waren unsere Wahl. Die lokalen Weine haben uns sehr gefallen. Und feine Zutaten wie Kartoffeln, Apfelschnitze, Kirsch, etc. machten das Ganze perfekt. Gerne wieder! :-)
Freundlicher Empfang, sehr guter Service, sehr, sehr gutes Essen. Die Überraschung zum Geburtstag meiner Schwester ist mehr als nur gelungen. Danke!
