* Extensions or changes to the usage time are only possible in consultation with the hub.

Cancellation Policy

- Up to 61 days before reservation date: no costs

- 60 to 31 days before reservation date: 50% of the costs

- 30 to 15 days before reservation date: 75% of the costs

- 14 days or less before reservation date or in case of no-show: 100% of the costs
