In early 2017, Irene and Antoine Kaufmann took over Domaine Nussbaumer near the picturesque and historic wine town of Aesch near Basel.
With the conversion to organic cultivation (Bio Suisse label) and biodynamic cultivation (Demeter), they are ushering in a new era and in 2019 gave the winery a new name - KLUS 177. KLUS 177 is thus the first biodynamic winery in the region.
