Bei einer Wanderung im Tösstal bin ich am prächtigen Gasthaus zum Freihof in Schmiedrüti vorbei gekommen. Leider war das Gasthaus wochentags geschlossen, doch in der angrenzenden Besenbeiz steht ein beschränktes Angebot zum Konsumieren bereit.

Die Metzgete war hervorragend und der Saal oben im Gasthof eine Attraktion! Hoffentlich findet die Metzgete nächstes Jahr wieder statt. Dann kommen wir ganz sicher wieder!
