Over 100 years ago, the "Löwen" in Hohenems was the meeting point for the residents of Hohenems.
Whether at the Löwen Inn with a beer and a hearty game of Jass or in the Löwensaal, where much of Hohenems'' social life took place, the Löwen in Hohenems was the central location. The hall hosted various events, from weddings to club activities, theater and concert performances, as well as municipal and city council meetings. After renovation, the Löwen quickly regained its role as a gathering place for residents and visitors. The distinctive inn hall with the gallery has been preserved, along with the ambiance that has always distinguished the Löwensaal.
