The burger meat consists of 100% Natura beef from the butcher Jenzer in Arlesheim, Basel-Landschaft.
The whole grain buns with chia seeds are baked fresh daily by the bakery SutterBegg for us. The burgers can optionally be refined with juicy free-range bacon and/or raclette cheese from the Basel region. Of course, we also offer a delicious vegetarian burger (organic vegetables).

The offer is complemented by country cuts, various homemade salads, delicious desserts up to fresh drinks including beer and various wines.
