In my work, I repeatedly encounter women who are incredibly well organised on the outside, who think ahead and catch things. And who are already exhausted on the inside.

Women who eventually realise: What used to work no longer works the same way today.

The body speaks up. Priorities shift. And whilst you try to juggle career, family and your own expectations, suddenly the question arises:

What about me? Where do I fit in?

And in the midst of it all, the quiet thought:

"I no longer know what actually does me good."

This workshop gives you time, just for you - to look at what strengthens you, what exhausts you and where you find peace again.
