After extensive renovations, Hotel Joseph''s House shines anew. What was once simple accommodation is now a charming retreat for mountain lovers seeking the comfort of a 3-star-superior hotel. The hotel is centrally located in Davos Platz, near Jakobshorn and Bolgen area, offering 70 cozy rooms and a spacious apartment. For larger corporate groups, combined with the neighboring Hotel National, up to 130 rooms can be provided.

Guests consistently praise Hotel Joseph's House for its successful renovation of the historic 1901 Jugendstil building, maintaining its original charm while adding modern amenities. The central Davos location offers easy walking access to attractions plus convenient shuttle service to ski areas. Visitors appreciate the excellent value with ski packages, well-equipped wellness facilities including saunas and fitness room, and comfortable beds in practical rooms.
Es gab ein minimales Frühstück, mein Einzelzimmer (325) war eine Abstellkammer, in der Etagendusche wurde mein Shampoo geklaut. Obwohl bei der Buchung angegeben, fehlte beim Einzelzimmer der Balkon. Ausserdem war das Zimmer abgelegen im Korridor Teil des Hauses. Als Alleinreisender kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat überhaupt nicht gestimmt. Trotzdem, der Fitnessraum ist unschlagbar. Super Raum im obersten Stock mit vielseitigen Trainingsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist top!
Waren für 2 Tage Skifahren in Davos. Sehr schön renoviertes historisches Hotel, mit vielen tollen Angeboten in house für ein 3 Stern Hotel. Toller Skiraum, Sauna und Ruheraum, Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis mit Skipass!
Gerne komme ich wieder :-) Das frisch renovierte Hotel Joseph''s House liegt zentral. Die Zimmer sind schön, wenn ein wenig eng. Das Bett ist super bequem. Am besten hat mir der Saunabereich gefallen. Das Personal ist zur jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Die frisch renovierten Zimmer sind für ein 3-Sterne Hotel wirklich toll und das Hotel bietet tolle Packages inkl. Skibillets, sodass das Preisleistungsverhältnis insgesamt wirklich in Ordnung ist. Allerdings hapert es bei den Details und so fehlt es dem Hotel insgesamt an Charme und Gemütlichkeit. Auch der Service liess zu wünschen übrig - Am Frühstücksbuffet wurde man weder begrüsst noch instruiert und im Wellnessbereich waren zur Rush-Hour keine Badetücher mehr vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet wirkte ein wenig lieblos und ich würde empfehlen zukünftig mehr auf lokale und frische Produkte zu setzen, wie bspw. bei den Eierspeisen.
Wir verbrachten 5 Nächte im Joseph''s House und hatten schöne Winterferien in Davos. Die erhöhte Lage mit super Fernsicht und dennoch in der Nähe zur Promenade und zum Bahnhof ist super. Man erreicht alles fussläufig. Zudem wird noch ein Skibus angeboten. Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Wellnessbereich mit zwei Saunen, Dampfbad und Erlebnis Dusche sowie Ruheräume mit Bergsicht und Tee-Buffet. Der Fittnessbereich sah auch gut aus. Der Frühstücksraum ist ein grosszügiger an die Gründerzeit erinnernder Saal. Das Frühstück ansich war 3 Sterne Standard mit guter Auswahl . Leider wurde es ziemlich lieblos angerichtet / präsentiert. Wir hatten ein "Doppelzimmer Süd" im dritten Stock. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine super Aussicht und Abendsonne, so dass man sich sogar im Winter bequem dort aufhalten konnte. In Anbetracht des super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat das Hotel 5 Sterne verdient, auch wenn es in ein paar Bereichen noch Luft nach oben gibt.
Die nahezu 2 jährige Renovation ist absolut gelungen.
