Nonviolent Communication is an approach to express oneself (more) clearly, resolve conflicts faster, and better relate to others. The goal is to provide you with a good theoretical overview while also diving deep through practical exercises. You will receive a toolkit that you can apply in everyday life.

We focus on how to build and maintain a real connection with others through empathetic listening and presence, even in conflict situations. The seminar shows you how realistic the GfK approach is and that you can achieve profound changes in your life and relationships with simple means.
