Events on the Rigi start with the mountain ride. Upon request, the outward and return journey can be booked in a stylish vintage carriage. RIGI BAHNEN AG has the most diverse and well-maintained vintage carriage fleet worldwide. Many vehicles from the early years of operation have been lovingly restored. Although a bit slower, it''s incredibly authentic to go uphill with fire and water. Two steam locomotives (up to max. 200 people) run on full steam to the Rigi.
