Team Event Bridgemaker

Building bridges is a central theme in every company. Bridges overcome divides between people, ideas and visions. Groups of four people each build a bridge from paper to the next table. In between lies an 80 cm wide gap that must be overcome.

There are no limits to the creativity of the constructions. At the end, a remote-controlled car tests all the bridges and triggers a team photo of all employees. Will all bridges pass the test?

The workshop promotes the resources of cooperation, communication and creativity.

• Number of participants: 20 - 400 people possible

• Scope: The price includes materials, moderation and travel.

• Location: The customer is responsible for organising the location. The workshop is possible throughout Switzerland.

• Requirements: On site we need a projector/screen for the instruction and from 50 people onwards a microphone as well as one large table per group of four (approx. 180/80 cm).

• Group size/allocation: Participants work in groups of four at tables. This has proven very successful over the years. Group allocation is usually done by us. We distribute sticky numbers at the entrance on a random basis to ensure good mixing.

• Space requirement: Per group of four we need 9 m² of space in the room (example: 40 people = 10 x 9 m² so 90 m² of space).

• Duration: The workshop duration is approximately 2.5 hours.

• Preparations: We need the room 1.5 - 2 hours before the start for preparations.

• Languages: The workshops are available in German, English and French.
