Gradually, you bend, shape, and beat the parts into their form, assemble them, pause, reassemble them - always with the support of the forge. Finally, you hold your own team sculpture in your hands and wonder what has been created from a piece of iron in the fire with the hammer.

Communication
Employees exchange information about their sculpture''s quality so that others can produce the matching counterparts. Ultimately, the individual parts should complement each other to then merge into a unique sculpture.
