Wir haben unseren Weihnachts-Teamevent mit einer Führung und Apero bei Umami verbracht. Es war von A-Z eine super Erfahrung, inkl. Organisation, Buchung und Event. Tolle Führung, schöne Räumlichkeiten und lustiges Taste-Test-Game mit feinem Apero zum Abschluss. Kann man 100% weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank an das ganze Umami-Team.
Als Weihnachtsevent besuchten die Ergonomen die Produktionsanlage von UMAMI in Zürich. Nach der kurzweiligen und sehr informativen Einführung führte uns Daria durch die Anlage. Eindrücklich, wie sich auf engstem Raum und in tropischem Klima nicht nur die 15 Kräutersorten wohl fühlen, sondern auch über 200 (!) Tierarten - vom Fisch bis zur Wasserschnecke - und 500 Pflanzenarten - von der Wasserbrotwurzel bis zur filigranen Alge. Nach dem Greens- und Samen-Tasting-Wettbewerb gab's Apéro; natürlich mit superfrischen Power Greens.
Wir haben für unseren Weihnachts-Event 'The UMAMI Experience' gebucht und es war ein voller Erfolg! Die beiden Hosts waren sehr kompetent und haben mit Humor durch den Anlass geführt. Der Apéro war fast zu gut, sodass der Hunger anschliessend im Restaurant nicht mehr ganz so gross war :) UMAMI hat einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Vielen Dank ans Team und weiterhin viel Erfolg! Ich kann's nur weiterempfehlen. :)
