Payment is due upon booking to secure your VR headset rental. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and TWINT. Detailed payment instructions will be provided with your confirmation.

We recommend booking your VR headset rental at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and smooth delivery. For larger events or special requirements, earlier reservations are advised.
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the rental start date are free of charge. For cancellations within 7 days of the rental period, a fee of 50% of the rental price applies. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Our team events are available in German, English, French, and Russian to accommodate diverse groups and ensure an engaging experience for all participants.
