The Wirtschaft Ziegelhütte is located on the edge of the forest above Zürich-Schwamendingen. It serves as a casual dining, excursion, and celebration spot, offering a cuisine of high quality in its simplicity, crafted in a traditional manner, primarily based on local products. We have a large vegetable garden, gather in the forest and on meadows, purchase whole animals, and process them on-site.
